    A body-based (somatic) approach to therapy grounded in metabolizing emotions and lived experiences through the body, gaining inner resources to work through trauma and stress responses, and accessing a fuller, more embodied experience to carry into your relationship with self, with others, and with the world.

  • Somatic Coaching

    Offered as short-term or one off sessions. We uncover patterns and ways of being (individually/ relationally) which may be stuck or no longer supporting you. We devise practices, tools, and strategies for you to be more supported and resourced in your day to day life.

  • Healing Circles & Retreats

    Immersive experiences to learn somatic and expressive arts tools and practices in a trauma-informed, inclusive, nurturing space with other folks. Learn more about current and upcoming group & retreat offerings.
