Somatic sessions (therapy & coaching) offered are for ages 11 and up, and are geared toward tending to the caregivers, creatives, changemakers, and/or queer-dos of the world (it takes one to know one). I work especially well with folks who carry the lived experience/ struggle with:

  • Attachment/ childhood trauma

  • Disconnection from self/ the body

  • Depression and suicidality

  • Anxiety (general/ sociopolitical/ climate)

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, learning differences)

  • Identity development in adolescents

  • Grief & loss

  • Loss of self/creative expression

My rates are:

  • $180 for 1-hour sessions

  • $220 for 75-minute sessions

  • $240 for 75-minute parent-teen/ family sessions

Please note: all my sliding scale spots are currently full, priority given to QTBIPOC & low-income folks. I am not on any insurance panels but can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement .
