  • Big Feeling Families: Navigating anger, strengthening connections

    A 3-part series for families with children ages 5–10 and their grown-ups to explore anger in healthy, connected ways. Through mindfulness, somatic practices, creative expression, movement, and play, families will learn to listen to anger, express it safely, and make space for big feelings with compassion.

    We’ll explore:

    • What anger communicates and how it lives in the body

    • Healthy ways to express anger through movement, sound, and creativity

    • Family tools and language for emotions, needs, boundaries, and repair

    • Session 1: Parents/ Caregivers & Kids

    • Session 2: Parents/ Caregivers & Kids

    • Session 3: Parents/ Caregivers only

    LOCATION: Berkeley Animal Rights Center - West, 2414 6th St, Berkeley, CA

    COST:

    • $160 - $200 for 2 ppl (1 adult + 1 kid)

    • $210 - $300  for 3 ppl (2 adults + 1 kid or 1 adult + 2 kids)

    • $320 - $400 for 4 ppl (2 adults + 2 kids)

  • Flyer for a somatic and expressive arts group called 'Living Between the Walls,' led by Pamela Lozoff, LCSW, for people living with existential or suicidal grief. Group meets bi-weekly on Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 PM PST, starting May 21st. Registration at embodiedwaywithpam/groups.

    Living Between the Worlds | Oct 2026

    A somatic & expressive arts-based coaching group for people living with existential or suicidal grief. A chance to bring your lived experience and the conversation out of the shadows and out of hiding, and to connect with others with shared and distinct experiences in a skillfully held container.

    LOCATION: Virtual

    COST: $60/group or $100 per month (group meets 2x/month) + optional 1:1 check-in each month

    DATES: Bi-weekly Thursdays beginning Oct 8th | 5-6:30pm PST, virtual group ongoing
