A 4-part somatic & expressive arts-based group for people who have contemplated, survived, or been close to suicide. A chance to bring your lived experience and the conversation out of the shadows and out of hiding.
LOCATION: East Bay Therapy Community in Lafayette, CA & virtual (option available)
COST: $400 if paid in full, $120/group | Out of Network Insurance reimbursement available

EarthBodies Half-Day Retreat | Sept 14th 2-5pm
Co-facilitated with Art Therapist Zara Drapkin: a somatic, expressive arts, and nature-based practices journey to uncover the stories our bodies hold and reclaim new and transformed ones.
LOCATION: Berkeley, CA (exact disclosed upon registration)
COST: $180 if registered before 8/14, $200 after 8/14

Healing Groups & Circles
Guided by trauma-informed mindfulness & somatic frameworks and teachings, I offer group facilitation and guidance to connect folks of shared lived experience or identities and engage in more communal/ collective healing.
