A somatic & expressive arts-based coaching group for people who have contemplated, survived, or been close to suicide. Tools to notice signs of overwhelm and regulate before emotions escalate

Practices for expressing feelings through movement, art, journaling, and discussion

    Confidence and self-trust

Connection with peers with similar and distinct experiences

More comfort with their bodies and emotions

Parents are included at the beginning and end of the series so that skills learned can be understood, supported, and reinforced at home.

Pam is so thoughtful and heart-centered, I’ve been able to apply so much of what I’ve learned from her to my work as a high school counselor.”
