Living Between the Worlds | Begins Nov 2025
A 4-part somatic & expressive arts-based coaching group for people who have contemplated, survived, or been close to suicide. A chance to bring your lived experience and the conversation out of the shadows and out of hiding, and to connect with others with shared and distinct experiences in a skillfully held container.
LOCATION: Virtual
COST: $300 if paid in full, $80/group

Guided by trauma-informed mindfulness & somatic frameworks and teachings, I offer group facilitation and guidance to connect folks of shared lived experience or identities and engage in more communal/ collective healing.
